Celebrate the Spirit of Christmas

Moonlight Nativity is a free community event that brings the spirit of the nativity scene to life under the stars. Our event celebrates the beauty of the Christmas season and the joy of community.

Get ready to be transported through time and space to the humble stable in Bethlehem, where the first Christmas comes alive. Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and even smells of the first Christmas night.

As you walk through the gates, you'll be greeted by a Roman soldier directing you to register for Caesar's census. You'll be amongst shepherds tending their flocks, donkeys braying, and sheep frolicking in the straw. The air will be filled with the voices of angels pointing you to the heart of the scene. You will see Mary and Joseph adorned in their traditional robes, cradling the newborn, baby Jesus.

Entering the stables, you will be met by a friendly, tail wagging "Lion of Judah". The lighted path leads you to a warm building where you can celebrate this miraculous event. Sip on a cup of hot cocoa or warm cider, savoring the delicious flavors that remind you of the holiday season. Leave with an ingrained token portraying the reason for the first Christmas.
